Digital Vehicle Inspections — completely redesigned

  • A faster, tablet-first inspection experience built for technicians, with a clearer layout and a "saved" indicator so you always know your work is captured.

  • Snap photos during an inspection and mark them up directly on the image to point out issues.

  • Inspection items can automatically set their pass/fail status based on your measurements, and you can link canned services to an item so recommended work is one tap away.

  • State- and province-specific inspection record sheets, including OBD-II emissions capture for the MV-480 template and corrected Pennsylvania measurement units.

  • License plates are validated when you save, and you'll be warned if a vehicle's VIN changes. VIN search now runs automatically when scanned or typed.

Help & Support, right inside the app

  • A new in-app Help & Support panel with full conversation history and a self-service focus.

  • Messages you exchange over email now appear in the app too, clearly labeled "You" or "Support."
