Customer Portal — Customer Guide
The ServiceProfessional Customer Portal lets you view your vehicle service history, review and approve estimates, see inspection results, and pay invoices — all from your phone or computer, without needing to visit the shop.
Accessing the Portal
You can reach the portal in two ways:
Via a link from your shop — Your shop may send you an SMS with a portal link when your vehicle is ready or when an estimate is waiting for your review.
Directly — Visit your shop's portal URL at any time (your shop can provide this link, or look for it in any text message you've received from them).
Signing In
The portal uses a secure, passwordless login — no account setup or password required. You sign in using the phone number or email address your shop has on file for you.
Sign In with Phone (Default)
Go to the portal URL in your browser.
Enter your 10-digit phone number (the number you provided to the shop).
Tap Send Verification Code.
Check your texts for a 6-digit code and enter it in the portal.
Tap Verify & Sign In.

Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the same phone number or email address the shop has on file for you. If you're still having trouble, contact your shop and ask them to confirm what contact information they have.
The Dashboard
After signing in, you'll land on your Dashboard — a quick overview of everything that needs your attention.
[Image to re-upload: PortalDashboard.png — Portal dashboard]
The dashboard shows three sections:
Pending Estimates — any estimates your shop has prepared that are waiting for your review and approval. Tap View on any estimate to review the services and decide whether to approve or defer each one.
Upcoming Appointments — confirmed future appointments, showing the date, time, vehicle, and shop location. Tap the location card to view shop details.
Recent Repairs — your most recently completed repair orders. Tap any entry to see the full details.
If none of these sections appear, your dashboard will show an empty state. Tap View My Garage to see all your vehicles and their service history.
My Garage
Tap My Garage in the bottom navigation to see a list of all vehicles your shop has on file for you.

Year, make, and model (or license plate if the vehicle has no other details)
Number of service visits recorded
Date of the most recent service
Tap any vehicle to open its Service History, which lists every repair order, estimate, and completed job for that vehicle.

Approving or Deferring Services on an Estimate
When your shop sends you an estimate, you can review each service individually and decide whether to proceed or wait.
On an Estimate ticket, each service shows two buttons: Approve and Defer.
[Image to re-upload: PortalEstimateApproval.png — Service approval buttons on estimate]
Tap Approve to authorize the shop to perform that service.
Tap Defer to decline it for now (the shop will not perform that service during this visit).
You need to make a decision on every service before you can authorize the work. Once all services have been reviewed, the Authorize Repairs button will become active at the bottom of the screen.
You can change your mind at any time before tapping Authorize Repairs — just tap the other button on any service.
Authorizing Repairs
Once you've reviewed all services, tap Authorize Repairs at the bottom of the screen.
[Image to re-upload: PortalAuthorizeButton.png — Authorize Repairs button]
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Authorize to give the shop permission to begin work on all approved services.
After you authorize:
The estimate becomes a Repair Order.
The shop is notified immediately.
Deferred services will not be performed during this visit.
Inspection Results
If your technician performed a multi-point inspection, you'll see the Inspection Results section on the ticket detail screen.
[Image to re-upload: PortalInspection.png — Inspection results]
Each inspection shows:
The inspection name and completion date
Categories (e.g., Brakes, Tires, Fluids) with each item and its status
Technician comments on individual items
Photos — tap any photo thumbnail to expand it and zoom in
Paying an Invoice
If your shop uses Text to Pay and has sent you a payment link, you can also pay directly through the portal.
On a completed ticket with a balance due, you'll see an Amount Due summary and a green Pay Now button.

Tapping Pay Now opens a secure payment page where you can enter your card details. Once approved, the ticket will show a Payment Received confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get access to the portal?
Ask your shop to send you a portal link via text message. You can also visit the portal URL directly if you have it — your shop can provide this.
What if I don't receive my verification code?
Check that you entered the correct 10-digit phone number. The code is sent as a text message (SMS) and usually arrives within a few seconds. If it doesn't arrive, tap Resend Code. If you're still having trouble, contact your shop.
Can I see all my vehicles?
Yes. The portal shows all vehicles your shop has associated with your customer record. If a vehicle is missing, contact your shop and ask them to add it.
Can I book a new service appointment through the portal?
Upcoming appointments booked by your shop appear on your dashboard. Contact your shop directly to schedule new service.
Is my card information stored in the portal?
No. If you pay through the portal, your card details are entered on a secure, hosted payment page operated by Revolution Payments — ServiceProfessional never stores your card number.
I authorized an estimate but need to change my mind. What should I do?
Once you tap Authorize Repairs, the estimate is converted to a repair order. Contact your shop directly as soon as possible to discuss any changes before work begins.
Why can't I see any tickets?
The portal links your account to your customer record using your phone number or email. If you signed in with a different number or email than what's on file, your history won't appear. Contact your shop to confirm which contact information they have for you.
